January – April: Euro 300 pw. Easter Week: Euro 350 pw.
May: Euro 400 pw. June: Euro 450 pw. July – August: Euro 550 pw
September: Euro 450 pw. October – December: Euro 300 pw.
Christmas Week: Euro 350 pw

Short breaks by request (subject to availability)

Extra Charges: Electricity (Airtricity) includes heating by ground source
heat pump. Usually Euro 2-3 per day all-in.

Terms: Deposit 20% payable on booking with balance due 1 month before arrival.
